Thanks to Bath Arms for letting us host a highly successful Puzzled Pint evening.
There were 58 of us (a new record) despite the steamy weather and the world cup football semi-final.

Another month, another great Puzzled Pint event in Brighton this evening, this time at The Sidewinder in Kemptown. There were close to 50 of us again with many new faces and regulars.
Thanks for bringing such positive attitudes and smiles, and making the evening such a pleasure for everyone. And thanks to The Sidewinder for hosting - great drinks, great food and a great atmosphere.

Next month it will be another new venue, and it's a cracker . . .

Thanks to all the 50 puzzlers who came for tonight's Puzzled Pint Brighton at the The Caxton Arms and making it so lovely. And what a great venue (thank you!) - we really enjoyed the food and drink and the bar-staff were very friendly.
"The Beetles" puzzle set seems to go down well, even though it wasn't easy in places.

Looking forward to seeing you for next month's puzzles on Tuesday 12th May . . .

There were over 50 of us last night at the "Escape Room" puzzle night in Fountain Head. Wonderful venue, great puzzles - lots of fun all round. Thanks to everyone who came and made it so lovely. See Insta for photos.

It was crazy-busy at Puzzled Pint Brighton tonight at The Earth and Stars, with 52 of us in total - by far the most ever. The venue was great, though I was worried there were too many of us at one stage, and thanks to those of you who shared tables with other teams. And the puzzle set went down well too. And there were loads of first-timers as well as regulars. Many thanks to those of you who came along to make it a lovely, lovely evening.
I'll have to plan for bigger venue in future in case we get more people.

It's been busy in The White Rabbit tonight!
With 38 puzzlers (plus Suzanne and I) it's been our biggest night so far since starting the group in February last year.
We got a good mix of regulars and new faces. The puzzle set was a good 'un (as ever, to be honest) with most teams solving in around 2 hours or so.

A great night's puzzling at The Lion and Lobster last night.

There were 33 of us - all teams completed the main puzzle set including the meta (great effort) and most even finished the special December "meta meta" which I though was quite tricky. Thanks to those who came for giving the evening such a positive vibe, and to The Lion and Lobster whose staff were very friendly and served such great food.

That's it for 2025. Roll on the second Tuesday of January, when, rumour has it, we may be at a pub somewhere in the North Laine area . . .
