The 4th UK Recovery Walk - Brighton and Hove 2012 We delivered the UK Recovery Walk in 2012.We are now a charity called Cascade Creative Recovery,please like our FB page to show solidarity for our efforts.

We will be gathering at 11am on Hove Lawns to set off through Brighton at 12pm.Arriving at Preston Park for a family festival of music ,food and fun. It is being organised at a grassroots level and is a peer owned project ,independent of any service or organisation. We want to educate the public about the strength, prevalence and possibility of recovery.We hold with the principles of the UKRF. We

are attempting to battle stigma and misconceptions about drug and alcohol problems and the people they affect. This is not just a day but a year long journey that we are going to use to bring the word RECOVERY into the wider community aswell as connecting people in the recovery community. We are going to give the faces and voices of recovery a rare but extremely positive visual and audiouble prescence.
