Such a beautiful gathering of women today for our Wild Woman Autumn Equinox Circle 🌾🍂

We connected with our personal harvests, our sense of balance and equilibrium, laid down what felt ready to release, and took forward seeds to incubate over the coming darker half of the year.

The shift from Summer to Autumn can feel a bit clunky. Our society is pretty geared up for us being in constant summer energy, in terms of expectation of energy levels and productivity. How natural is this? How healthy? How realistic, without eventual burnout?

Maybe we can remember the gifts of the coming darker half of the year, when we lean into it...

Of rest. Of reflection. Of moving inward. Of dreaming. Of tending to our roots, our foundations. Incubating seeds of intention. Without forcing any action or plans. Letting things unfurl in their own sweet timing.

How would it feel to slow down a little with this shift of seasons? Sometimes that can feel impossible. But a wise friend once suggested to me, just 'an orientation towards rest', so when the chance arises, you take it, however small it might be.

There are six lovely women already booked for Saturday's Autumn Equinox Circle 🍂🧡

And there are three spaces still open around the circle.

I've been thinking about how glorious it feels to gather at this particular point in the year - when we're really sensing the shift towards Autumn.

The Equinox is a moment of balance.

A little pause between the outward energy of summer and the more inward months ahead.

And that's what this circle is an invitation into.

A few hours to step out of the usual rhythm of life.

To slow down.

To notice where you are.

To connect with yourself, with the season, and with a circle of other women.

We'll have grounding, seasonal reflection, our share circle, gentle embodiment, stillness, movement, song, tea and homemade cake ♡

Nothing you need to prepare for.

Nothing you need to perform.

Sharing is always optional.

Just a space to arrive as you are.

After months of glorious heat, it suddenly feels like there are little whisperings of Autumn in the air... 🍂

The season hasn't officially turned yet, of course. But something is shifting.

We're beginning to approach the next turning point in the wheel of the year.

The Autumn Equinox.

A moment of balance, when day and night are held in almost equal measure, before we begin our gradual turn towards the darker, more inward part of the year.

On Saturday 19th September, I'll be holding a special one-off Autumn Equinox Wild Woman Circle at The Sanctuary Yurt, just outside Lewes.

A little pause.

A chance to take stock.

To notice what this summer has brought you.

To connect with yourself, with the changing season, and with other women in circle.

There'll be grounding, reflection, our beloved share circle, embodiment, song, tea and homemade cake... ♡

Hi everyone ♡

I'm Bonnie, a local women's circle facilitator, and I have an upcoming 6-part women's circle beginning in Lewes on Saturday 12th September.

The Hearth is a small, ongoing circle where the same group of women gathers every fortnight over 12 weeks, allowing trust, connection and depth to build over time.

🌿 6 Saturday mornings: 12 Sept–21 Nov
🌿 10.30am–12.30pm
🌿 Central Lewes
🌿 £120–£150, with payment plans available

It's a space to slow down, reflect, share if you want to, listen and be deeply listened to - with tea and cake too, of course.

If finances are a barrier, please get in touch anyway. I'm sure we can work something out.

Summer can be beautiful, but also full.

Full of plans, people, movement…
and sometimes, a quiet drifting away from yourself in the midst of it all.

These circles are an invitation to return.

To pause.
To breathe.
To reconnect with yourself, in good company.
