What a day it has been for the club and local community. Raising money for 2 amazing charities and our Young Farmers Club…

⭐️Our Chosen Charities; Lincolnshire Rural Support Network & Lindsey Lodge Hospice & Healthcare!!!

⭐️Our total number of participating vehicles was 124, this was our biggest yet!!

Thank you to all the supporters in local towns and villages who came out in the cold and rain to support our anual charitable event, your contributions will all be donated to change lives of others.

**TRACTOR RUN INFORMATION PARTICIPANTS AND VIEWERS**

📍Skydive Hibaldstow
🗓️ 14th December 2025
🕰️ 12pm tractors can arrive from, 2:30pm last tractors and open to the public to come and view.
4pm departure from the Skydive
7pm arrival back after the run where free burgers for drivers and passengers are available

To be able to see accurately where our tractor run is you will be able to use this link to track us on the day all the way from starting right until we finish that evening.

The funds will be split up equally and donated to both amazing charities and funds back to our club too!!

**PUBLIC/VIEWERS INFORMATION**

🗓️ Sunday 14th December 2025
📍Skydive Hibaldstow

Viewing and looking around the tractors is open from 2:30pm for the public. People can arrive from 12pm if they’d wish to partake in the following…

There will be a Burger van there which will have hot and cold drinks available.

One of our charities, LRSN have their Health Hut there with nurses for the public to be able to use.

The clubhouse will also be open where our tombola stall will be with amazing prizes.

The tractors will start to line up at 3:30pm for a 4pm departure.

**TRACTOR/PARTICIPANT INFORMATION**

Tractors are able to start arriving from 12pm

Drivers FREE burgers are supplied inside the skydive club after the tractor run. There is a catering van from 12pm serving burgers and other items aswell as hot and cold drinks

£20 Cash on arrival (per tractor)

LAST TRACTORS AT 2:30pm for a swift 4pm departure

Good Afternoon everybody. The route and timings for our Charity Christmas Tractor Run are now confirmed. Please see from the photos below of where you can view
and times of when it will be passing.

We will have Marshall’s out and also volunteers standing with buckets for the charities chosen.

Please refrain from parking on the same road as the route as this can affect the tractors getting through smaller villages.

Get Fresh Catering will be serving burgers, bacon rolls and both hot and cold drinks at our tractor run on Sunday 14th December! They will be at Skydive Hibaldstow serving food from 12:00 until the tractors leave! 🍔🥓

As the tractor run is nearly upon us, we would love to get as many people involved as possible even if you aren’t driving a tractor. We will be having a competition for the children on who has the“Best Dressed Pedal Tractor” we will have a place at Skydive Hibaldstow for the tractor to be displayed but also will be judging as we go around on the run for those who have them in the passing villages of the route. There will be a prize for the winner. Best of luck to everyone 🚜🎄
