A couple of spaces available at Move Well Club

There are currently a couple of spaces available in the Tuesday morning Move Well Club here at Laleston Church Hall.

A friendly, accessible exercise class focusing on strength, balance, mobility and confidence, with seated and standing exercises and options to suit different abilities.

Join us for a free, friendly and informal support group where you can meet others with shared experiences, access information and support, or simply come along for a chat or listen and a cuppa.

Everyone affected by lung cancer is welcome.
