Another magical collection of incredible cwtch quilts from the heroic volunteers at Project Linus UK - Bridgend and County Borough.

This donation to Invisible Walls CIC also includes the first of their matching quilt and reading pillows with gifted books, perfect in this the National Year of the Reader.

All of these wonderful creations will soon be in the arms of the vulnerable children we support throughout our family services.

Happy Monday!

We're hugely grateful to Sue Thomas and the team from the Llangynwyd Branch of Mothers' Union (Diocese of Llandaff) for the very kind donation of new baby packs.

The packs contain some essentials including wet wipes, cotton buds and baby soap, all packaged in a beautiful cotton bag with a knitted bear.

We will be donating these items to new mums who come to our Visitor Centres.

Thank you so much to everyone who contributed to these very kind donations!

We recently worked in partnership with Lads and Dads to deliver a Dads and Lads event at HMP Parc. This was part of an HMPPS national initiative.

The feedback from the fathers and sons who attended was incredible. Every participant gave the highest possible score for the organisation, expectations and relevance.

The father-son bond bracelets were a particular highlight, thanks to Dave Muckellmile.

We’re proud to work in partnership with another local CIC doing wonderful work.

We’ve got some great opportunities available at the moment. Contact us for more information!

Today marks the first ever National Day for Children with a Parent in Prison. Government statistics estimate that one in 75 children in England and Wales will lose a parent to imprisonment each year.

We're proud to be marking this special day in each of the prisons in which we work - by delivering events and interventions throughout this week.

In addition, we continue our valuable, trauma informed work in schools in England and Wales, supported by the many committed members of teaching and non-teaching staff.
