Good morning and happy Friday everyone! ☀️🎉

Today we have the food share available and some absolutely beautiful flowers too! 🌸💐

We also have Senior Film Day from 12pm–2pm 🎬🍿 always lovely to see everyone together enjoying a film and a chat!

And there’s still lots of work going on in the new cafe as we speak… exciting things are happening! ☕✨

What another lovely week we’ve had at the centre! ❤️
It’s been great seeing everyone and having so many lovely chats with our food share customers and group members throughout the week.
We’ve also loved having Shane, the new café owner, in the centre getting everything set up for the new café and seating area ☕🍰 It’s all starting to come together and we’re very excited! Our senior group have already been lucky enough to sample some of Shane’s meals recently and every single review has been 100% positive 😍🍴
Just a reminder that the centre is now closed until Tuesday.

PCSO Jerry and PCSO Tyler from Shipley Police but also part of OUR team! 🚓💙
These two are an absolute credit to the centre and such a massive support to us all. They’re always friendly, approachable and happy to help whenever needed.
The Little Ducklings children absolutely love seeing them both too — there’s always lots of excitement when they pop in! 🦆✨
A huge thank you to you both for everything you do for our community. You are a real credit to West Yorkshire Police 🎉🎉

Meet our volunteers Jess and Vikki! These lovely ladies run our Friday playgroup and do an amazing job every single week! They always set up lots of fun toys and activities for the children and provide a different snack each week too 🍎🧸 And let’s not forget the parents and carers… they make sure there’s always a well deserved cuppa waiting! ☕❤️ Thank you both for all your hard work, care and effort — it really is appreciated by everyone at the centre. Well done girls!! 👍👍
