Great opportunity for fathers and carers!
We’re looking for a father or carer with a child under 5 to join the MESCH Parent and Carer Advisory Group (Maternal and Early Childhood Sustained Home Visiting).
This is a chance to share your experiences of health visiting and help shape how services can become more inclusive, supportive, and reflective of families’ needs. Your voice can help influence how fathers are better included, how visits can be more holistic, and highlight the barriers faced by BAME parents in accessing the right support.
It’s important that we amplify the voices and experiences of fathers to help influence change, shape policy, and make a real difference.

Calling all dads and male carers in Bradford! Are you looking for a fun way to bond with your little ones and meet other dads in the community?

Our Splash Around with Dads sessions are back for a 8-week run! Whether you're a pro in the pool or just looking for some weekend fun, come join us for a swim in a relaxed, friendly environment.

🎉 Big News for Bradford United Dads! 🎉

We’re proud to announce that Bradford United Dads has been awarded The National Lottery Community Fund to support our work with dads and children in the community! 🙌

This funding will allow us to continue delivering and expanding activities such as:

👨‍👧‍👦 Dad & child sessions
🍪 Bake & Eat workshops
🏊 Swimming sessions
🎨 Messy play & early years activities
🚜 Trips and family experiences

This is a huge step forward for our group and a reflection of the impact our dads and families are making together. ❤️

Dads Bake & Eat – Cohort 2 👨‍🍳👶

What a fantastic session with our dads and their little ones!
Amazing time getting hands-on in the kitchen, baking delicious cookies together and making special memories along the way.
The laughter, teamwork, and (of course) the smell of freshly baked cookies filled the room — and the feedback says it all:

Our baking sessions continue to be incredibly popular, and you can see why — dads love the opportunity to get involved, learn new skills, and spend quality time with their children in a relaxed, fun environment.

🍰 Bake & Eat Sessions Are Back! 👨‍🍳
Due to high demand, our popular Bake & Eat sessions are returning for dads and their children under 5.

These sessions give dads the chance to spend quality time with their little ones, bake together, and enjoy a relaxed, friendly space with other fathers.

⚠️ Important Notice (Please Read):
To keep things fair and give other dads a chance, families who attended the most recent Bake & Eat sessions will not be able to book onto this round.
We’ve had a lot of interest and want to make sure dads who missed out last time get the opportunity to take part.

We really appreciate everyone’s understanding and support — this helps us reach more families in the community ❤️

What an incredible final session to end our baking programme — the kids (and dads!) made milk cakes, and they turned out amazing! 👨‍🍳🧁
A huge well done to everyone who took part over the weeks. The confidence, teamwork and smiles have been brilliant to see.

We’d also like to give a special appreciation to A***n and Humera, our fantastic facilitators, for making every session fun, engaging and memorable for families. ❤️
