After the success of last year, we're back again to race to dragon! Last year was our first year, this year we know what to expect and we'll be faster and stronger than ever! Becky from the Youth Team captains a local woman & girls cricket team, which helps her keep her mental health positive.

Being outside and active is great for our mental health, and trying something new helps us push our boundaries (no pun intended) and I crease our own confidence and self esteem!

Team sports help you meet new, like minded people, and provide valuable social interactions!
