Unhealed trauma does not disappear.

It enters your marriage.

It becomes anger.
It becomes control.
It becomes emotional distance.
It becomes addiction.
It becomes silence.

But here’s the truth:

You are not your past.
You are not your wounds.

R3newed Life is an awareness and empowerment podcast helping individuals identify toxic marriage patterns and heal emotionally and spiritually.

Healing starts when we stop blaming and start reflecting.

If this speaks to you, comment “HEALING” below.
Let’s break the cycle together.

Your marriage may not be failing because of your partner.

It may be failing because neither of you healed.

Unresolved childhood trauma turns into:

• Control
• Anger
• Emotional distance
• Addiction
• Constant conflict

R3newed Life Podcast confronts toxic cycles and empowers healing — practically and spiritually.

Healing requires courage.

Many toxic relationships are not rooted in a lack of love — but in unresolved childhood wounds.

In Episode 1 of our R3newed Life Podcast series, Breaking Toxic Cycles: Healing the Roots, Restoring the Marriage, we explore:

✔ How childhood trauma impacts emotional regulation
✔ PTSD, anxiety & hypervigilance in relationships
✔ Low self-esteem & shame in marriage
✔ Why we repeat toxic relationship patterns
✔ Biblical healing principles for restoration

From a Christian perspective, we discuss how God begins healing at the root.

“The LORD is near to those who have a broken heart…” – Psalm 34:18

Abuse doesn’t just hurt — it can shatter trust.
It can leave you feeling guarded, suspicious, and unsure who or what is safe anymore.

If you struggle with trust, hear this clearly:
You are not broken.
You learned to survive.

Healing doesn’t begin by trusting people again.
Healing begins by relearning safety — and finding that safety in God.

📖 “He is my refuge and my fortress; my God, in Him I will trust.” (Psalm 91:2)

This is a safe place. You belong.

Healing doesn’t require you to have the right words.
It doesn’t demand that you explain your story, justify your pain, or rush your process.

At R3newed Life, we believe:
• healing is not linear
• safety comes before solutions
• community matters in recovery
• dignity is non-negotiable

If you are navigating life after abuse, trauma, or loss — or supporting someone who is — this space was created with you in mind.

You are welcome here.
Just as you are. 🤍

Save this for the days you need the reminder.
Share it gently with someone who might need it too.

Healing isn’t linear — and that doesn’t mean you’re failing.

Some days you may feel strong and grounded.
Other days old memories, emotions, or pain may resurface.

Both can exist in the same healing journey.

Trauma healing often includes:
• good days
• difficult memories
• unexpected emotions
• moments of peace
• moments of grief

Progress isn’t the absence of pain.
Progress looks like noticing your triggers, responding with compassion, choosing safety again, and continuing — even gently.

If you feel like you’re “going backwards,” please know this:
you are not broken.
Your body and mind may simply be processing what once felt unsafe to feel.

Your pace is valid.
Your journey is yours.
Healing honours you 🤍

Save this for the days you need the reminder.
Share it gently with someone who might need it too.

Many people think abuse only looks like bruises.

But control, fear, isolation, manipulation, and silence can wound just as deeply.

If you’ve ever felt like you were “too sensitive” or “overreacting” — you weren’t.

You were responding to something that was harming you.

🤍 You are not alone.

As the new year unfolds, the same hostility and vilification toward refugee and asylum seeking communities persists – driven by the deliberate weaponisation of misconceptions about some of the most vulnerable people in our society.

These communities deserve to know that we stand with them, not against them. That’s why we’re asking you to take a look at our Get Your Facts Straight booklet, which gives you the facts you need to challenge the skewed narratives surrounding people seeking sanctuary.

Thank you for standing up for facts, for kindness, and for the kind of country that welcomes people with dignity.
