Another successful Zumba session earlier in the week and Mental Health & Wellbeing session today delivered by Masira Hans from Mind in Bradford. It's always nice to see the participation increase every week.

This week the focus was around boundaries and self-care ending the session with a mindfulness activity.

Thank you to all the participants for making the session a success, and a huge thank you to Masira for a very focused, informative session.

Dream Big, Aim High leading the way. Another fantastic Mental Health & Wellbeing session delivered in partnership with Mind in Bradford. Huge thank you to Masira Hans and Uzma Khan for delivering a very informative session based around depression, anxiety, self care and coping mechanisms.

More than ever before such sessions are needed. Due to the challenging year we have faced self care must be prioritised in ones life.
