Update 💛

The past few months have been incredibly intense. I went through a really dark period for a while and also had to move into ground floor accommodation. It’s been a huge adjustment emotionally and physically, but I’m finally starting to feel a little more settled again.

One thing this experience has shown me is how important support and human kindness really are. You truly learn who is there for you during difficult times, and I’ve been overwhelmed by the love, care and support I’ve received from family and friends. I honestly don’t know how I would have got through it without them, and I’m deeply grateful.

It’s also opened my eyes to how many people are struggling without support systems around them. It’s made me realise just how much relationships, carers, compassion and small acts of kindness matter.

During the move, a lot of the routines I rely on to support my health were disrupted. One thing I really noticed was the difference when I wasn’t using my hydrogen therapy machine as regularly. The effects are subtle, but personally I feel it helps support my breathing, energy and overall wellbeing.

Over the past year I’ve spent so much time researching natural and alternative ways to support health, searching for things that might improve quality of life. Hydrogen therapy has been one of the things that’s given me hope personally, which is why I wanted to share a little about it.

Some of the potential benefits people explore it for include:
• Supporting energy levels
• Recovery and inflammation support
• Respiratory support
• Reducing oxidative stress
• General wellbeing and relaxation

I’ve recently decided to work with these machines because I genuinely believe more people are looking for supportive, holistic approaches alongside conventional healthcare.

If anyone is curious or would like more information, feel free to message me 💛

🗣️ In less than a month, Charlie, Kate’s cousin, is taking part in his first ever half marathon to raise money for Kate at the Bracknell Half Marathon on 10th May.

Charlie started training in Hyrox/Crossfit last year and only ran his first ever Parkrun in April 2025. Taking on 21.1km is going to be a huge challenge but it’s nothing compared to the physical and mental challenges that Kate is facing every day.

Please support Charlie and our family by donating anything you can! Your donations are going towards treatment and therapies that Kate needs as well as adaptations that need to be made to the ground floor flat she has recently moved into.

Update for you all!

Rob completed his Hyrox event with his friend Jason, finishing in an incredible time of 1 hour 14 minutes 💪

2 days later Rob and Paul skydived out of a plane from 15,000ft ✈️

Together they raised over a whopping £5000 for Kate! Which will make a real difference🙏

Kate has recently had to move out of her current accommodation into a more accessible, ground floor home. So the donations have gone towards creating a new, adapted bathroom, including an assisted bathtub helping Kate to gain back some independence.

As a family we are so proud of what Rob, Paul & Jason have achieved, they absolutely smashed the challenges! 🙌

Thank you to each and every person who has supported them so far 🥰 your kindness and generosity truly means everything 🤍

If you would still like to support or share their journey, it’s not too late and every bit helps! The link to donate to Rob’s page is in the comments 🫶

🚨 This week Rob is taking on two huge challenges to fundraise for Kate!

🚀 On Thursday, he’ll be doing his first ever Hyrox with his good friend Jason! The race is 8 1km runs with 8 strength stations between each run. Rob only started running recently and this is well outside his comfort zone!

🪂 On Sunday, he’ll be jumping 15,000ft out of a plane alongside Paul, Rob and Kate’s brother-in-law!

✨ Please show your support for Rob and help us carry on raising these incredibly important funds for Kate! Rob’s link can be found in the comments ###

Wow, I don’t even know where to start with this post! Our first fundraising event organised by Sarah Bcmma at Batcave Boxing was such a huge success. We want to give a huge shout out to all the boxers who sparred for the whole day, 8 hours non-stop - you were all incredible 🥊

We raised just over £1,800 on the day from our raffle, donations from our lovely stall holders, sponsors for the boxers and all the kind donations from everyone across the weekend ❤️

We want to say a huge thank you to the wonderful businesses who supported the day and were all kind enough to donate some of their profits - thank you so much 🫶🏻
