We are growing our Powerful Trainers team here at Aldingbourne Trust!!

If you are someone we support, and are passionate about the voices of people with learning disabilities and/or autism being heard and supported, then we want you.

If you would like to train and educate businesses/schools/universities and organisations on how to support their clients/students/customers and colleagues, this is for you!

Access All Areas is a group of people made up from all the different parts of Aldingbourne Trust.

They come together to make sure that the voices of the people we support are included in everything that Trust plans and delivers.

They also make decisions on what the Trust should be doing as the members are best placed to know what is needed and wanted.

What does Access All Areas do?

The Access All Areas Committee campaigns for change both within Trust and on a national level.

They also run events and activities to raise awareness of things that are important to people with a Learning Disability and/or Autism.

Access All Areas will help to create a Co-Productive way of working.

Co-Production is where everyone is treated the same and power is shared equally between staff and the people who use our services.

We offer training, workshops, and education on supporting people with Learning Disability and Autism as well as being the voice of change within social care.
