Care Network Hub Your Support Your Choice is the central hub for health and wellbeing options in Blackburn with Darwen. We also open every other Saturday.

e | managing finance | mobility & transport | community groups & involvement | getting the right help & support | relationships & families | employment, volunteering & training
We offer one to one wellbeing consultations and work with over 80 organisations to help you navigate support or find out about what options there are for you or for someone you care for. The service is managed by Care Network in partnership with Blackburn with Darwen Borough Council. Come and visit us at 9a Town Hall Street, Blackburn (opposite Blackburn Central Library)
Monday to Friday 9am- 5pm (closing at 3.30 on Thursday).
