Diesel has hit £2 a litre. Global conflicts are driving the pressure on oil, but British drivers are paying the price.
We need peaceful resolutions to these conflicts, and the Government should cut fuel duty while prices remain this high.

8pm isn't a magic cut-off.
For me, it's a simple way of breaking the habit of eating when I'm not actually hungry.

Less mindless snacking. Fewer unnecessary calories. One less decision to make.

Another small change in The Health Reset.
