Whatever the weather, you can find us every Thursday evening congregating outside Herbert's Yard 18:20 -18:30, ready for our SOCIAL run (starting 18:30).

ALL abilities encouraged and welcomed with open arms.

Leave your troubles behind for an hour or so, get some fresh air, and come along for your FREE weekly dose of fitness and conversation.

A reduced group tonight for our weekly track session as we enter a busy summer, but as always a group brimming with enthusiasm and determination. A hot one tonight! 💪🥵

You can find us at Ryland Centre, Bromsgrove, every Monday evening at 18:30. Absolutely ALL abilities encouraged and welcomed with open arms. Run as little or as much as you want in a friendly, inclusive, relaxed and no-pressure environment.
Socialising, physical/mental wellbeing and personal growth are the pillars we are founded on.

Come along one week for a free taster session and, if you get the buzz, consider joining us on a full-term or pay-per-session basis.

📢 SOUTH BIRMINGHAM STRIDERS CHILDREN’S ATHLETICS 📢

Unfortunately, tonight’s athletics session has been cancelled due to unforeseen circumstances.

*ADULTS SESSION STILL ON (18:30 START!)*

We apologise for any inconvenience caused and thank you for your understanding and continued support.

The good news is that the fun will return next week, and we look forward to seeing all of our young athletes back on the track then!

A WET, BUT AWESOME MORNING 💪🌧

Yesterday, we were made aware of Gab Stone 's 30 Marathons In 30 Days Challenge, and decided to join him today- on day 6- to share some conversation and miles.
Gab, a former gambling addict, now dedicates his life to recovery and raising awareness about the devastating impacts of gambling and addiction.
This UK tour, and challenge, serves to continue spreading his ongoing advocacy and breaking down the stigma surrounding addiction.

You can read more about his story through a simple Google search of his name, and also check him out on here and on his Instagram page (gabstone9) where you can follow his journey.
