Moseley in Bloom Making Moseley brighter, greener, and more welcoming - one street, planter, and project at a time. Get involved and help us shape the place you live. Hands‑on.

Community‑powered. Making Moseley bloom - together. Charity Number: 1141664 Moseley in Bloom are a group of volunteers helping to regenerate Moseley by ensuring it is a safe and pleasant place for all by working on permanent planting projects, floral displays and making Moseley a greener community. Moseley in Bloom consists of a committee group which look into the deeper issues within Moseley and

look at how these should be addressed. There are then the volunteers that help the committee by volunteering to work in their spare time on the various projects either regularly through specific sub group projects or on an ad-hoc basis with larger projects. The voluntary work isn’t necessarily labour intensive – there is plenty to do behind the scenes such as project co-ordination, publicity and liaising with local organisations and institutions.

We are so delighted to be hosting its first ever of a “Wonderful” celebration of Gardening, Nature and the Arts is coming to the heart of Moseley Village. 🪏💐🎭 … the sun is joining us as well 🌞🕶️

Please do study the ‘Key Code’, on the right. You can then look through the different keys on the list and then see who is named next to them on code, it will tell you who is attending …📍🗺️

Our brand new unique Gardeners' Fair brings together all the pleasures of a traditional plant nursery with an arts & crafts and food fair – 'all the things that make life good'. 🎡🥂🎁🎈

Our growers, horticulturalists and florists will be bringing beautiful flowers, shrubs and trees for your garden, together with succulents and rare, unusual and exotic houseplants for your home. 🌺🌼🪻🌹🌸🌷🌻

Best of all, our plant people are 'the experts' on the plants they grow, and they will be right there (so there's no searching for elusive staff!). And they like nothing more than chatting with fellow plant enthusiasts and are always happy to take the time to offer advice and answer your questions. 📋🗣️

We will also be joined by some remarkable Arts and Crafts Makers: including, Ceramicists, Potters, Jewellery Makers, Wood and Metalworkers, Painters, Wicker workers and Rug Makers, many are Chelsea exhibitors, with RHS Gold medal winners among them - all will be bringing their unique creations. To complete our mix, of “all the things that make life good” we have invited selected, award-winning specialist food producers: Cakes, Bakers, Street food, Vineyard wine and Beer - we even have a specially produced celebration ‘Gardeners’ Fair Ale’ for you to take home. 🧁👨‍🍳🥘🍻🏡

All will add to the ‘vibrant Summer Fair atmosphere’. ☀️

See you all in the morning 👋☺️☕️🥐

**Sunday 12th July - 10am to 12pm - Moseley Village Green - Volunteer Community Gardening**

Tomorrow is going to be slightly cooler but our planters are a little thirsty. Why not join us on our monthly volunteer community gardening session and help us keep our planters watered.

If you have gardening gloves and a watering can, do bring them along. We have water butt's strategically located across the village.

Let's make Moseley look great this summer!

🌺 Our new permanent floral planters have arrived — and many are strategically placed in spots where we’ve seen inconsiderate or dangerous parking.

They won’t fix everything, but we hope they’ll act as a gentle deterrent, making these areas safer for everyone… while adding a burst of colour to the village. 🌿🌸

💛A huge thank you to Cofton Nurseries for planting them up so beautifully, and to Moseley CDT / Moseley Hive for securing the finances to help make this project happen!

These will become permanent fixtures in our village!

Oh - and please like and share our posts if you can 😊🌱
