Lewis has decarbonised his own home and is especially interested in heat pumps. Energy Systems Catapult have a base in Birmingham and describe themselves as not-for-profit, independent and technology-agnostic. They are a partner organisation in the UK’s National Retrofit Hub.

Only one week to go until our next big day of action! On Wednesday 10 July from 11am in Victoria Square, we’ll be back in Birmingham with powerful street theatre to expose how insurance companies are fuelling the climate crisis instead of protecting us.

This is your reminder to join us for a striking action featuring a funeral procession with a coffin, funeral drummer, flower-laying, and costumes (think black clothes and top hats). Together, we’ll mourn what is being lost, then celebrate what could be saved with dancing, drumming and a joyful awakening of hope for the future.

The dress code is black. As always, please bring along any banners, placards, etc.
