KEEPING THE COMMUNITY FIT, ACTIVE & TOGETHER!
What an amazing day in the ward end area of the West Midlands! With the sunshine shining, Inspire2gether CIC was out bringing people together, promoting health, wellbeing, and positive community spirit.
Hydration was key in the warm weather, and our FREE fruit gave everyone a natural energy boost to keep moving, smiling, and enjoying the activities!

Today’s chair-based exercise felt extra special as we took it outdoors, soaking up the sunshine and truly connecting with nature. There’s something powerful about moving our bodies while feeling the fresh air, hearing the birds, and just being present in the moment.

It wasn’t just about exercise — it was about laughter, connection, and that sense of togetherness that keeps our community strong. 💛

Today we held our second mocktail making session alongside our chair-based exercise programme… and what a turnout it was!

The room was full of smiles, laughter, and such a lovely energy. From getting active together to creating refreshing mocktails, it was more than just a session — it was connection, confidence, and community all in one space.

Seeing everyone come together, support one another, and genuinely enjoy themselves is exactly why we do what we do. Moments like this remind us how powerful simple activities can be when they’re shared.
