KEEPING THE COMMUNITY FIT, ACTIVE & TOGETHER!
What an amazing day in the ward end area of the West Midlands! With the sunshine shining, Inspire2gether CIC was out bringing people together, promoting health, wellbeing, and positive community spirit.
Hydration was key in the warm weather, and our FREE fruit gave everyone a natural energy boost to keep moving, smiling, and enjoying the activities!

Another beautiful session complete ☀️🌿

Today’s chair-based exercise felt extra special as we took it outdoors, soaking up the sunshine and truly connecting with nature. There’s something powerful about moving our bodies while feeling the fresh air, hearing the birds, and just being present in the moment.

It wasn’t just about exercise — it was about laughter, connection, and that sense of togetherness that keeps our community strong. 💛

Grateful for every single person who shows up, supports one another, and makes these sessions what they are.

Join us this Thursday at Highfield Hall for our next Inspire2gether session! 🍬 We’ll be getting creative making sweet jars and cones, followed by some gentle chair-based exercises. It’s a wonderful way to socialise, get active, and meet new people. Open to everyone over 50—bring a friend along and share the joy!
