Our bi-weekly virtual support group.🫶🏼

It is a safe space, hosted by our director Heather, to discuss your experiences, get advice and share your tips with others. It takes place every two weeks via zoom.🩷

Participants can stay silent too, you are welcome to join and not respond or speak and keep your camera off. It can be an overwhelming process at first but being a silent participant can still be very beneficial for finding tips / tricks and building confidence in your support journey.🫶🏼

Join us for Hoarded Brain Talks with Sam Wainman on 11th February at 2pm at Birmingham University! 🧠

For people with hoarding behaviours. Every talk covers a different topic, from shame to overwhelm, always looking from a psychological perspective with a focus on solutions.
