Birmingham Children's Trust Birmingham Children’s Trust exists to make a positive difference for children in the city.

Birmingham Children's Trust employees can receive a payment of £500 for each referral of a Social Worker that results in a successful placement. This payment is provided as a referral fee in recognition of introducing a qualified Social Worker to the organisation or service, and is paid free of tax and National Insurance contributions.

The payment will be made once the referred candidate has successfully completed all of the required compliance checks and has started in the role.
