Yesterday we had a wonderful time at our Solihull cuppa and chat meet up. Some of our group were treated to a taster session of bowls by the club. Some of our members were clearly naturals! We want to say a huge thanks to Howard and the other volunteers from the bowling club that shared their time and knowledge with us and helped us all have had a lot of fun. If you want to find out more about our meet ups why not come along next month. September is our friendship month and is the perfect opportunity to try us out. Our next meeting is on Thursday September 17th at 1pm at the Royal British Legion Club, Union Rd, B91 3DH at 1pm. Come along and you will be made very welcome.

Our next meeting is September 15th, why not come along, you will be made very welcome.

The Harborne Cuppa and Chat group had a visit from Age UK Birmingham this week to talk about additional services and support on offer.

A very useful morning with lots of information taken away to be used in the future.

We just love helping people🤗

The group is growing by the month which is also great to see💛💙

Nervous about trying an Oddfellows event? Dangle The Three Minute Carrot Method in front of you 🥕🥕🥕

Give yourself permission to stay for just three minutes. Sometimes taking the pressure off is all it takes to make that first step. And if you decide to stay longer, that's great too!
