Caring for someone after a stroke can feel overwhelming, but you are not alone. 💜

PramaLife, alongside NHS and Stroke Association colleagues, is offering a free 5-week information course for Carers supporting someone after a stroke.

Sessions cover practical support, therapy, continence, local services, and more, with space to ask questions and connect with others who understand.
