The boys have produced some ‘Chalk Art’ this evening, which looks great ,n well done lads! 👏👏👏
They have also had fun with bubbles, played a World Cup story gym game, and played with some foam aeroplanes, and had an ice lolly to cool down.

Another fun night of water activities 💦

Tonight we have had some great discussions using the Boys’ Brigade resource ‘Growing with Jesus’.
The boys then worked together to pass the hoop around a circle and played ‘Heads and Hands’, we finished the evening with a Tip Top.

Tonight we have taken the opportunity to enjoy the lovely hot weather. ☀️The boys started the evening playing a ‘Safety in the Home’ pairs game then we went outside and played some games involving water. 💦 A great time was had by all. We finished the evening with an ice lolly.

Happy Father's Day to all fathers and fatherly figures out there!

Last night we invited the boys’ fathers to join us for some fun at Anchor Boys, I think a great time was had by all!

After joining their son’s group for our opening and inspection, they took part in activities including creating their Father’s Day cards, taking part in the Battalion Challenge, playing ‘I’m Captain Beaky’ and ‘Battle Ships’. The boys then presented their dads with a gift, card and said why their dad is special. We ended the evening in our usual way with the prayer dice, prayers and the Anchor Boy prayer.

Last night we looked at the up and coming World Cup. ⚽️🥅🏆

The boys found the names of countries taking part in a word-search, played a football team themed game, found all the countries taking part in the World Cup on a map and they picked the names of some countries that they’re going to support.

Another busy fun packed evening.

This evening the boys have had fun playing with bubbles and various games, including hunting for cards, spot the difference and ‘clap, stamp, slap, snatch’. 🫧🫧🫧

We have also welcomed two new members 👏👏👏
