Formed in 1990, Solihull Care Housing Association Ltd (SCHA) is an industrial and provident society registered on charitable rules with the Homes and Communities Agency (Reg. SCHA is also a member of the National Housing Federation. The principal activity of SCHA is the provision of good quality housing accommodation and related services for people with a range of special needs including frail e

lderly persons, people who have learning disabilities and people with mental health needs. SCHA provides dedicated support to residents in a number of schemes but does not itself provide care. Care is provided to residents in several of SCHA’s schemes through contracting arrangements between Solihull Council and specialist care agencies. The Association has a strong commitment to providing high standards of customer service and an appetite for continuing growth and success as one of the leading providers of good quality affordable housing and services throughout the Metropolitan Borough of Solihull. We are acutely aware of the need to keep our business strong and agile, whilst staying true to our values which have stood the test of time over the last 20 years.

Children in Need Coffee Morning and Cake Sale at Trinity Apartments

Thank you to all the residents and visitors who supported the Coffee Morning and Cake Sale on Friday 13th November. The cakes proved very popular and we raised the princely sum of £105.34.
