Women's Equality Day!! Let's commemorate the strides made towards gender equality. We are not there yet....
"When I was a child, I would turn and stare, when I saw a woman driving a bus. It was rare for women to step outside of societal norms when it came to paid work. Work roles where there are mainly women, such as care assistants, are not always paid equitably to roles seen as 'Men's work' yet." Bryony O'Hara, retired member
