We witness something powerful everyday at Women’s Wellbeing.✨

Women who had never touched a laptop or computer before stepping up, opening their screens for the first time, working through digital skills, sharing their hardships and experiences, and finally being handed a certificate of achievement.💻🌿

Because today, being offline isn’t just about missing a hobby - it means missing job chances, paying more for everyday essentials, accessing fewer services, feeling socially excluded. In the UK, around 8.5 million adults lack foundation-level digital skills, and millions still can’t afford the device or data they need.

That’s why this week - as part of Get Online Week - we’re doing more than just teaching clicks: we’re challenging inequality. We’re proving that digital inclusion is not a luxury, it’s a right. Because when a woman says “I can click this, I can log in, I can learn”, she’s saying “I belong”.🌸

Did you know that only 26% of the tech workforce are women?

Even more striking - over 770 million women worldwide still lack basic digital skills.

At Women’s Wellbeing, we believe this isn’t just a numbers problem but it’s a missed opportunity. Our Digital Skills Courses don’t just teach tech; they build confidence, connection, and career pathways.

Women who gain digital power uplift not just themselves, but their families, communities, and the future of tech.👩🏻‍💻

Imagine a world where every woman has the skills to innovate, lead, and shape the digital future. That’s the world we’re building one course, one connection, one empowered woman at a time.🙌🏻

Over the past year, Women’s Wellbeing has been delivering life changing digital skills training to women from diverse backgrounds, including those with little or no English. We’ve seen first-hand how with the right support language doesn’t have to be a barrier to learning and empowerment.
From turning on a device for the first time to navigating online services with confidence, many women arrived with little or no English, which hindered their confidence.

We opened their possibilities by enabling them to use online resources to help develop their English Skills. Our services are tailored to give every woman the opportunity to enhance their skills and thrive in the digital world.
Hear their stories to feel their progress.

🌱 Confidence doesn’t happen overnight—but it does grow.

At Women’s Wellbeing, we see it every day.

The moment someone asks a question they were once afraid to.
The moment they help someone else in class.
The moment they realise, “I can do this.”

🎥 In this video, we celebrate the quiet, powerful growth that happens when women feel supported to try something new.

If you’re looking for a gentle, encouraging place to build your digital confidence—you’ve just found it.
