We are excited to have started our next Grief and Me cohort.

This programme has been co-designed alongside people with lived experience of learning disabilities, ensuring that it is accessible, meaningful, and shaped by the voices of those who understand the importance of having the right support at the right time.

For adults with learning disabilities, grief can often be misunderstood or overlooked, making dedicated support even more important.

Through Grief and Me, participants can share experiences, explore emotions, remember loved ones, and connect with others who may be facing similar journeys.

We are looking forward to getting to know everyone and continuing these important conversations when we return next week.
