Following years of negotiations, the legal agreement has now been signed in Brussels, confirming that the UK will formally rejoin Erasmus+ from 2027.

The National Youth Agency was deeply involved in work to bring this opportunity back for young people, supporting efforts to ensure international learning, volunteering and collaboration are once again accessible to those in the UK.

This return will create new opportunities for young people, students and apprentices to study, travel and volunteer across Europe, with more than 100,000 people expected to benefit in the first year alone - from apprentices undertaking overseas placements to youth organisations working on cross‑border projects.

At a time when young people are calling for stronger people‑to‑people connections, this marks a hugely positive moment for the youth sector and the organisations that support them.

Our marathon running fundraiser is…..

Zoe 🌺

Well done to the fab folk at Super Sen CIC who guessed it (one of them was so quick, we took down their guess 🤣🤣)

Tomorrow, we’ll post EASY ways that some of you can get involved and help raise some much needed funds for our playground šŸ™

In the meantime, if you’d like to show your support, the fundraising link is here: https://www.zeffy.com/en-gb/peer-to-peer/mapa-marathon-challenge--2026?fbclid=IwVERDUAQYF9pleHRuA2FlbQIxMABzcnRjBmFwcF9pZAo2NjI4NTY4Mzc5AAEe4jmUg610kBUQO_CIXfGpjYyCvEOA7zXAvs1_4OGQzkhtrK--AIkZgMExXEU_aem_GNjOojtp4HQ-zCVOyHcPeQ

Even just the cost of a coffee would make a huge difference and give our runner a boost!

If every one of our followers donated just Ā£1, we’d double our target!
