The preliminary program for the ESH-iCMLf 28th Annual John Goldman Conference on Chronic Myeloid Leukemia: Biology and Therapy is now available!

Join the international CML community in Gothenburg, Sweden, October 2–4, 2026, for three days of CML science, discussion and collaboration.

The final 2026 iCMLf Regional Discussion Group South Asia will again bring together regional physicians and international CML experts for an interactive discussion on two important areas of CML management:

New iCMLf CML Paper Summary now available

Can low levels of aberrant lymphoblasts detected at diagnosis identify patients at high risk of lymphoid blast transformation?

In this new iCMLf paper summary, we highlight a retrospective study by Jiang et al. showing that an aberrant lymphoblast threshold of ≥0.4% on routine diagnostic flow cytometry strongly predicts future lymphoid blast phase in patients with chronic phase CML.

The findings suggest that incorporating flow cytometry into baseline assessment may improve early risk stratification and help identify patients who could benefit from closer monitoring or more intensive therapeutic approaches.
