What a fantastic turnout! We were thrilled to see so many of you this evening, and it was lovely chatting to you all.
It was also a pleasure to present our parade winners' trophies and prize money, along with our charitable donations to this year's local causes, and to hear about the wonderful work they do in our community. ๐๐

๐ ๐ฃ๐ฎ๐ฟ๐ฎ๐ฑ๐ฒ ๐ช๐ถ๐ป๐ป๐ฒ๐ฟ โ ๐๐ฒ๐๐ ๐๐ผ๐บ๐บ๐๐ป๐ถ๐๐ ๐๐๐ฎ๐ฟ๐ฑ: Classic Cars
๐ ๐ง๐ต๐ฒ ๐ช๐ถ๐น๐น๐ถ๐ฎ๐บ ๐ ๐ถ๐น๐น๐ ๐๐ผ๐๐ป๐ฑ๐ฎ๐๐ถ๐ผ๐ป The William Mills Foundationโ set up by Victoria in memory of her son, helping young people reach their potential. They run the Youth Hub next to the Leisure Centre, and Victoria told us she was "absolutely thrilled, as we spend every bit of money."
๐ ๐ฆ๐๐บ๐บ๐ฒ๐ฟ๐ฑ๐๐ป๐ฒ ๐ก๐๐ฟ๐๐ถ๐ป๐ด ๐๐ผ๐บ๐ฒ Summerdyne Nursing Homeโ Paula and Georgia, for their fantastic outreach activities.
๐บ ๐๐ฒ๐๐ฑ๐น๐ฒ๐ ๐๐ผ๐ป๐ฐ๐ฒ๐ฟ๐ ๐๐ฎ๐ป๐ฑ Bewdley Concert Bandโ Phil told us about the concert band and their events throughout the year. They also have an academy band and are looking for new members, grade 2 and above!
๐งธ ๐๐ผ๐บ๐บ๐ถ๐๐๐ฒ๐ฒ'๐ ๐๐ต๐ผ๐ถ๐ฐ๐ฒ: ๐๐๐ด๐ Hugsโ Marjorie & Belinda explained that Hugs supports families through baby loss. Set up 9 years ago, they make bears, butterflies and blankets, and even have a knitter in Singapore!
โช ๐๐น๐ถ๐บ ๐ฅ๐ถ๐๐ฒ๐ฟ๐๐ถ๐ฑ๐ฒ ๐๐ต๐๐ฟ๐ฐ๐ต Riverside Elim Churchโ a donation for their support, received by Lee, who joined us at Bewdley Carnival for the first time and said it was absolutely wonderful, having moved to Bewdley in May.
๐ป ๐ฅ๐๐ฌ๐ก๐๐ง โ Tony, for all their help with marshalling and programming our radios. RAYNET is the UK's voluntary communications service.
๐ A huge thank you to ๐๐ฒ๐๐ฑ๐น๐ฒ๐ ๐๐ผ๐๐น๐ถ๐ป๐ด ๐๐น๐๐ฏ Bewdley Bowling Club for hosting our meetings and functions all year round.
