We’re looking for a positive, highly organised and collaborative individual who enjoys working with a wide range of colleagues and partners, and who will play a key role in supporting procurement activity across a complex, multi-partner programme.

PeacePlus Nature is a €20.8 million cross-border programme tackling the decline of priority species and habitats across Northern Ireland and the border counties of Ireland. The programme is supported through PEACEPLUS, managed by the Special EU Programmes Body (SEUPB).

Have you ever heard the haunting bubbling trill of the Curlew? It's one of nature’s most evocative sounds that we are sadly losing from our landscapes.

Did you know? Their name comes from their call, a rising, frantic “cur-lee”

Look out for their most striking feature: an incredibly long, downward-curving bill. Perfect for probing deep into the soil for food. In flight, watch for their long elegant wings and a distinctive white wedge on their back.

Sadly, Curlew numbers have declined, which is why PeacePlus Nature is working across Northern Ireland and the border counties to create safe habitats that Curlew need to nest and raise their chicks.

From the Fermanagh Lakelands to the shores of Tory Island, PeacePlus Nature brings together nine partner organisations across Northern Ireland and the border counties of Ireland, all working together to support iconic species.

The goal of this partnership is monumental: to restore habitats, protect our most vulnerable species like Curlew, Lapwing, Corncrake, Hen Harrier, Merlin, Marsh Fritillary Butterfly.

PeacePlus Nature aims to inspire those within the community to become nature guardians. What we build today becomes the legacy we leave behind.
