Mindset 360 is a brand new VR-based recovery programme, designed specifically for individuals who use substances. This innovative approach is not widely available and is currently only offered through Tús Úr 🥽

Using virtual reality, the programme helps you explore your relationship with addiction — including drugs and alcohol — in a supportive and engaging way 🫶🏻✨

𝐓𝐡𝐞 𝐩𝐫𝐨𝐠𝐫𝐚𝐦𝐦𝐞 𝐢𝐧𝐜𝐥𝐮𝐝𝐞𝐬:

👉🏻Delivered at Upper Springfield Development Trust

Last week, our Clann Chroí support group had a busy but truly rewarding time together 💛

We spent the day at , taking part in a calming mindfulness walk through the rural grounds. Being surrounded by nature gave us the chance to slow down, breathe, and let go of some of the worries we carry. It was a gentle reminder of how important it is to pause and look after our mental wellbeing 🌿

We finished the day with lunch at in Holywood, where we relaxed, shared stories, and connected with one another. Everyone left feeling lighter, supported, and closer as a group — exactly what Clann Chroí is all about 🫶🏻✨

Clann Chroí is a support group for family members impacted by a loved one’s addiction. We meet every Friday from 10:30–12 in USDT, and new members are always welcome 🤝

A huge thank you to Black Mountain Shared Spaces for having us at tonight’s engagement session.

We were delighted to host a drop-in clinic alongside our information stall, offering guidance on how individuals and families can receive help and support from Tús Úr.

This important event focused on raising awareness of the supports available for those impacted by addiction, as well as their families. No one should have to face these challenges alone.

We’re pleased to share that Grace, our Drug & Alcohol Support Worker, recently attended training on Online Exploitation funded by Communities in Transition and delivered at St Comgall’s 👏🏼

This important session explored how online exploitation can impact vulnerable individuals — including those affected by substance misuse. The learning has strengthened our awareness, safeguarding knowledge, and ability to better support those at risk 🙌🏻

We are committed to continuous learning to ensure the people we support are informed, protected, and empowered on their recovery journey🩷
