Well done everyone! 👏💕 And just as a reminder of one of the tyrannical proposals from the consultation:

The consultation tried to redefine “medical treatment” to exclude vaccination and prophylaxis from that term — meaning they could claim “we’re not forcing medical treatment” while still compelling vaccination. This wording departed from the position in England/Wales (Public Health (Control of Disease) Act 1984, s.45E) and Scotland (Public Health etc. (Scotland) Act 2008, s.86F and s.94), where vaccination/prophylaxis are expressly recognised as “medical treatment” and therefore cannot be compelled. The NI draft did the opposite: it carved vaccines out of the protection. That is a human-rights red flag because it attempts to get around informed consent!

I think this is the first time any UUP representative has intimated how damaging the previous Health Ministers measures actually were, and who exactly is saying it ? The current UUP Health Minister who wishes to make the undemocratic & draconian powers permanent ?!
