A huge thank you to everyone at Loughgall FC who supported their Dawn Walk in Memory, raising an incredible £3,210 for PIPS Su***de Prevention Charity. 👏🏼

With almost 120 people taking part, the event was a wonderful tribute to loved ones lost and a fantastic show of community spirit. We are incredibly grateful to everyone who organised, attended and donated.

Your support will help us continue providing vital su***de prevention and bereavement services across our community. 💚

🚨Important Service Update

Due to the uncertainty and recent disturbances in surrounding areas, our Friday Night Crisis Helpline Service will not operate this week.

The service, which normally provides telephone crisis support from 9:00pm on Friday through to 10:00am on Saturday, has been suspended for this week only following a decision made to ensure the safety and wellbeing of our staff and volunteers involved in this overnight service.

We understand that this may be disappointing and apologies for any inconvenience caused. This decision has not been taken lightly, but the safety of everyone involved must remain our priority.

If you are experiencing a crisis and require immediate support, please contact:

• Lifeline: 0808 808 8000
• Samaritans: 116 123 (free, 24 hours a day)

We appreciate your understanding and support as we will be resuming the service as normal next Friday.

Good evening everyone,

While I seek to signpost to and support several charities and organisations, I have decided to choose PIPS Su***de Prevention Charity and Compassionate Cuts as my official Positivity Only charitable organisations.

I have recently completed a 60 hour sponsored silence for PIPS and I have put myself forward to volunteer for Compassionate Cuts and I will be donating items in the next few days.

As always, your help and support is greatly appreciated and I’d love it if you could give both organisations a follow. Over the coming days I will begin sharing more content to shine a light on these two amazing organisations, collecting donations, volunteering and fundraising.

⭐ PIPS Su***de Prevention Ireland Charity is here to provide counselling and befriending support to individuals who are experiencing or have experienced suicidal thoughts or mental unwellness. PIPS Charity also provides support to families and friends who have been touched by su***de.

⭐ Compassionate Cuts has always been about more than haircuts. Through their outreach work, Giving Table, hospital support, hygiene packs, clothing donations, food provision, and emergency assistance, they have been able to support hundreds of people facing difficult circumstances.

A huge thank you to Courtney Quinn, family, friends and everyone at Doogan Dance Academy for their wonderful support of PIPS Su***de Prevention Charity.

We were delighted to receive a cheque for £662.69, raised through their annual Ballet and hip hop shows, in loving memory of Paul Quinn.

Thank you to all the dancers, families, friends, and supporters who made this possible. Your generosity helps us continue providing vital support to those affected by su***de and self-harm in our community. 💚

Last week we brought our Too Many Lives Lost campaign to County Antrim, working alongside Rural Support.

🐄 Meeting Chilli the cow was certainly a highlight, but so too was the opportunity to bring this important conversation directly to farming and rural communities.

Mental health affects every community across Northern Ireland, and we are calling on the Northern Ireland Executive to fully fund the Mental Health Strategy without delay. 🌱

Over 7,500 people have signed our petition.
