Whether it’s through our Rise to Thrive, Rural to Revenue, GOALS, Creative Confidence, Finance Skills programmes, or any of the other fantastic free courses we offer to women across Northern Ireland who are not currently in work, the feeling is often the same…

Something shifts.

Confidence grows. New possibilities start to feel within reach. Women begin to see themselves differently and, perhaps most importantly, start to think about what they can do next.

That’s what our programmes are all about - creating space, support and opportunity for women to recognise their strengths, build new skills and take their next step.

Cheers to that! Our glasses are now brimming with confidence, new skills and new strength to take fresh steps forward!

What a brilliant few weeks on our Confidence to Thrive Programme, led by the fabulous Kitty from Time4U Wellbeing , filled with learning, laughter and plenty of moments worth celebrating.

A huge well done to all the women who took part, building confidence, recognising their strengths and stepping outside their comfort zones.

A big thank you to Kitty for leading the programme and to Lettershandoney & District Development Group for their support.

Here’s to confidence, strength and exciting next steps!

So popular, we had to make an online version!

Rural to Revenue is back, this time online, with a FREE 4-week programme for women across Northern Ireland who are curious about self-employment and ready to explore what could be possible.

No business plan? No problem. You don’t need to have it all figured out. Across four friendly online workshops, you’ll build confidence, develop practical skills and explore whether self-employment could be the right path for you. One-to-one mentoring is also available.

RISE AND THRIVE: FREE 4-WEEK PROGRAMME FOR WOMEN

Ready to build your confidence, recognise your strengths and develop practical skills to help you move forward?

Rise and Thrive is a FREE four-week personal development programme for women, delivered by Building Communities Resource Centre (BCRC) as part of the Women Breaking Barriers NI project.

Over four weeks, you'll have the opportunity to build self-belief, recognise your strengths, learn valuable skills and discover new ways to grow and thrive in a welcoming and supportive environment.

Sign-up session: 24 September 2026 at 10.30am
Programme dates: Thursdays 1, 8, 15 & 22 October 2026
Time: 10am to 1pm
