Thank you to friends, old and new that joined us, with .to.rise.with.cara yesterday, for our first Wellness in the Woods event. We had a beautiful day together and I did not want it to end! 😍

Is there anywhere nicer than Tollymore Forest on a beautiful autumn day? 🍁🍂

Last weekend, we enjoyed a guided foraging walk, a swim at the hermitage, and one of our famous WWWNI BBQ feasts afterwards 🌽🍢

Followed by the tricky business of putting tents up in the dark and rising wind later! ⛺

It's all part of the experience though, isn't it?

A beautiful autumn gathering in collaboration with Wild Women of the Woods and Root to Rise with Cara.

As summer softens and the pace of life shifts, we invite you to step away from the busyness and come back to yourself.

We’ll gather around the fire pit at the Roundhouse to connect, soak up the season and settle into the afternoon, before heading into the woods for mindful movement, exploration and a little space to simply breathe and be.

Then we’ll return to the warmth of the farm for a nourishing, warming supper, before finishing our time together with a good old sing-song around firelight. 🔥🎶

A chance to:
🌿 reconnect with nature
🍂 honour the turning of the season
🔥 warm yourself by the fire
🌱 move, breathe and be
🤎 share food and connection
🎶 sing, laugh and gather together

A gentle invitation to leave the noise of everyday life behind for a few hours and return to the wild, return to connection, and perhaps return a little more fully to yourself.
