This is our brand new group starting on Saturday 2nd Jan 2016 at 9am at the Salvation Army on Dean Lane. I know how difficult it is to try and get to group when you have work and family commitments mid week and I have always felt the need for a Saturday group and now we have one. Come and get the help and support to help you reach your weight loss goals.
