GALA DAY 2026!

We are aiming to have our Gala Day on Saturday, the 4th of July.

We are also trialling something different this year. Rather than having a week of events, we will spread this out over the Summer.

This is to make things easier for our small number of volunteers. Always on the lookout for more if anyone is interested :)

We just wanted to gauge what events people would most like to see this summer.

Colour run, Night of Mediumship, VR... let us know in the comments the events you liked best.

I wanted to share this event because this is the lady who inspired our own Pokemon days. If you have any pokemon fans, it is worth going along to. I would bring money though as they sell lots of items at their event. Still trading and things for the kids too though.

It's been 2 weeks since our gala and we wanted to say thank you firstly to everyone who attended our events. We had a great turn out at all the events and a big thank you to our royalty Mel, James and Julia who were magnificent all week and we hope enjoyed the whole experience.

A thank you to the businesses who supported our gala brochure, Campbells of Beauly, School of Self Defence, Aird Motors, Munro Butcher - Butchers and Wholesalers who also generously gave us some vouchers, Stewart and Stewart, Harris and Horne and Harry Gow

Also a big thank you to David Gow from Harry Gow for judging our Beauly Bake Off and supplying a voucher for this too as well as Abi from Highland Heath veterinary care for judging our pet parade and suppling the prizes. Beauly Primary School for letting us crown our royalty at their School Fete, Highland Broadband for their support of our colour run, Laser Go - VR for running another great virtual event, Beauly Cares for the fantastic afternoon tea, Beauly Bowling Club for another great night of Bingo, Karen Fraser for organising a brilliant Car treasure Hunt and to the Lovat Arms Hotel for suppling the guess the whisky as well as hosting our night of mediumship with Fi Mac, Hils Forsyth and Steven Trolland psychic medium, The Priory Hotel for hosting and running the quiz night and a big shout out to Beauly Shinty Club for their support and use of tent on gala day.

Our thanks for KBE events for all the help they provided on the day, Miele's Gelateria Inverness KJI's castles, Trapeze Entertainment Highland Ballers Strathpeffer and District Pipeband and all our fantastic stalls.

The biggest thank you to the volunteers who helped out especially on Gala day, setting up and helping running our BBQ and tea tent, without you it is not possible for us to run these events.

Looking to the future we will be having a meeting probably in August/September, date to be decided, and we desperately need more people to help us continue to run our gala. We are a very small group but enjoy having a laugh and would love to see more people join us and bring new ideas. Details of next meeting will be advertised on this page.
