We had a lovely morning making hand tie posies at this month's Battle Growing Network. Paul and Hooi-Leng from were also there giving free hand massages. Thank you to everyone for supporting our network. We are back again on 20th June 11am. Bring your seeds, plants, produce to swap, or just bring yourself for a cuppa and a chat.

Do you know anyone local who can teach a small group of volunteers how to grow organic veg? Or are you interested to learn? Join an exciting new project in Battle where we will grow veg together (all materials will be provided). Everyone welcome. The teacher will be given £50 per week for x2hrs work. They must obviously be knowledgeable and enthusiastic!

We're liking the Purslane that somebody bought along last month 😀 The leaves, stems and flowers/seeds are all edible, and the bottom bit just keeps on growing (see photo). We'll have some seeds available for the next event on 20th September
