Club member Dave Atkinson has been out on events recently, and done reasonably well 😀👍
The first was a Sprint at Llandow race track near Cardiff, 55 entries and a section for standard road cars that I entered in my Toyota GR Yaris. He had a great day and came 9th OA. Dave was very pleased with that as the full on race car section was over 20 cars strong
Dave Atkinson second event was an AutoSOLO run by Rotherham MC at a Kart track just outside Rotherham. He has family living in the area so killed two birds with one stone. It was a great event, very well run, and especially well organised as you couldn’t really go the wrong way because of the very nature of a Kart Track and driving it in a car. He used his Toyota GR Yaris again and is very please to have came 1st OA, and set the Fastest Time of the day 😀⭐️.
Next weekend he is out on the Bullnose Targa Rally at Kemble, then the weekend after in Wales on the Targa by Kingston MC even called the Mike Heart Targa Rally.
Great result on the AutoSOLO.
