The Friends of Oleksandriya

The Friends of Oleksandriya Now, we are mostly focusing on raising funds for humanitarian aid needed there.

The Friends of Oleksandriya is a charitable association that promotes friendship between Bath and North East Somerset and Oleksandriya and surrounding villages in Ukraine.

The second collection filled up William Jackson 's van to the top and the front seat, as well as Zhenya Shkil 's car pretty much to the very top. Thanks a lot to all the local businesses and individuals for responing to our appeal for bedding and clothes for hospitals and IDPs in Oleksandriya. Huge thanks go to Rotary Club of Bath for taking initiative and making this project so successful!

First collection of the day of over 50 boxes of bedding and clothes for the hospitals and IDPs in Oleksandriya is done. This is a great example of successful cooperation between the Rotary Clubs from 1200 Dustrict and Ukrainian charities. A Spoonful of Courage, hosted by the Friends of Oleksandriya, brings you a four‑course Ukrainian dinner followed by an exclusive private concert — a beautiful celebration of Ukrainian culture, community, and resilience.

All proceeds will help fund two urgently needed items for Buchach Regional Hospital in Ternopil Oblast, Ukraine:
🚑 an evacuation vehicle
âš¡ a hospital generator

£45 general admission
