✨ Wednesday night = good food, great company and lots of smiles! ✨
Our Wednesday night group headed to The Locksbrook Inn for a delicious three-course meal — and what a lovely evening it was! 😋🍽️❤️

Of course, the food was a big hit, but it was the so much more that made the evening special… 🥰
💬 Plenty of conversations
😂 Lots of laughter
😊 Time spent with friends
💪 Building confidence
🙌 Making choices
❤️ Creating memories

It’s evenings like this that remind us how important it is to have the choice, confidence and opportunity to get out, try new things and be part of our local community. 🌟

And seeing everyone enjoying themselves, having fun and making memories together is absolutely priceless! ❤️😎

A massive thank you to the fantastic team at The Locksbrook Inn for welcoming us so warmly and for supporting our local charity. We really appreciate you! ❤️

Last night our members headed to The Locksbrook Inn for a delicious three course meal, and it was about so much more than what was on the plate (even though that was yummy 😋).
There were smiles , conversations, laughter, choices being made and memories made.
Choice ,confidence, time with friends and the opportunity to experience life in our community is what makes nights like this so special ❤️😎
Big thanks to the team at the locksbrook for being so welcoming and your support for a local charity ❤️

What a fantastic time we had at Flamenco dancing on Wednesday night! The energy was incredible, the music was beautiful, and everyone brought their best moves to the dance floor.
Beyond being an absolute blast, Flamenco dancing offers some amazing benefits -
Boosts coordination
Encourages self-expression
Great gentle exercise
Builds confidence.
Learning new rhythms and performing together does wonders for self-esteem and social connection.Thank you to everyone who came out and made the evening so magical. We already can't wait for the next one! 💃🕺✨with La Flamenquita
