🌟 Could you be our Club Leader? 🌟

We are looking for a friendly, organised and enthusiastic Club Leader to plan and lead fun social and leisure activities for adults with learning disabilities and additional needs.

This is an amazing opportunity to make a real difference , helping our members build friendships, confidence and independence while enjoying brilliant activities across Bath! 💙

📍 Location - across Bath & Home working
⏰ 12 hours a week
🌙 Monday and Wednesday club evenings (6:30-9:30pm) plus further 6 hours flexible working
💷 £15 per hour

Experience in a learning-disability setting is welcome but not essential. What matters most is that you're caring, confident, proactive and great with people.

🚨 WE NEED YOU! 🚨

💙 Could you spare a few hours each month to help change lives? 💙

Bath Gateway Out & About is searching for a Volunteer Trustee Secretary to join our Board of Trustees.

This is more than a volunteer role; it's an opportunity to help shape the future of a charity that enables adults with learning disabilities to enjoy friendship, confidence, independence, and fantastic experiences in the community.

✨ We're looking for someone who is:
✔️ Organised and reliable
✔️ A good communicator
✔️ Passionate about making a difference
✔️ Happy to support our trustee meetings and help keep everything running smoothly

No previous trustee experience is needed. If you've got enthusiasm, commitment, and a willingness to learn, we'll support you every step of the way. We particularly welcome lived experience of learning disabilities .

By becoming our Trustee Secretary, you'll be joining a warm, friendly team of people who believe everyone deserves the opportunity to live life to the fullest.

This week we enjoyed fantastic sessions at All Cycle - Bath&West 🚲💙

Using adapted bikes gives everyone the opportunity to enjoy cycling in a way that works for them. These sessions support physical and mental wellbeing, build confidence, encourage independence, and, most importantly, bring lots of smiles, laughter, and a sense of freedom. We always look forward to our cycling sessions! 😊

☀️ **Important Update – Club Night Cancelled Tomorrow** ☀️

Due to the very hot weather forecast, we have made the difficult decision to cancel tomorrow's Club Night.
We know many of you were looking forward to coming, and we're disappointed too.
However, the safety and wellbeing of everyone who attends is our top priority. Please take care during the hot weather and remember to:
💧 Drink plenty of water ❄️ Stay somewhere cool if you can ❤️ Look after yourselves and those around you
