Just one week to go until our May 5K Your Way meet up at Barry Island! 💙

Whether you walk, jog, run, volunteer or cheer from the sidelines, everyone is welcome. 5K Your Way is a supportive community for anyone living with or beyond cancer, as well as friends, family and healthcare professionals.

A little reminder today 💚

If you’re living with or beyond cancer, you don’t have to wait until you feel “ready” to come to 5K Your Way.

Most people don’t feel ready.
They just come anyway.

And that first step… whether it’s a walk, a slow jog, or just turning up is the hardest part.

This Saturday at Barry Island parkrun you’ll be met with understanding, not expectations.
