We often forget sometimes it’s the smaller things in life that can have the most impact. Today was another reminded to me as a Chief Executive that no matter where you go in life always bring people with you. CUBE started as an idea to bring people together to make a difference in their own communities, to support healing and move on from trauma . What I’m really proud of is the people who stayed for coffee to hear my ideas about CUBE and now not only deliver lived experiences evaluated programmes but also drives what we do by standing alongside me as my deputy and our community director. Lived experiences is more than a word we use to explain its more than a sentence to use in a description. This to me as is a true reflection and story on CUBE.
