On Friday night, club officials, coaches and volunteers attended the second Barrow & District Junior Football League Presentation Evening at Abbey House

Attendees were met with welcome drinks and dined on a three course meal before the evening was kicked off by compere Tony Callister and an opening speech by BDJFL Chair, Paul Knight.

Ten awards were then handed out to some of the finest volunteers within junior grassroots football with a video message from former Barrow AFC player manager Sam Foley interjecting the proceedings.

Following the conclusion of the awards the music and drinks continued flowing until late.
