Year 2-Year 11.
Open to girls of all abilities. The age groups will be split on the day.

We ended today's Chair Exercise session with a game of seated football, and there were plenty of laughs and smiles.

Everyone got involved, showed off their skills and enjoyed a bit of friendly competition.

Exercise is always better when you’re having fun. Well done, everyone, for joining in and making it such a lovely session.

We’re launching the RAIDERS CHALLENGE, and we want schools, rugby clubs, families and everyone at home to get involved.

First up, Challenge Number One… AROUND THE BODY.

You’ve got 30 seconds to get the rugby ball around your body as many times as you can!

Coach Ellis has had a go… but can YOU beat his score? We will be keeping his score a secret and will release the full video next week of him completing the challenge.
