Bring a friend, bring the family and enjoy a social walk, jog or run with great support and great company.

Come and join this lovely bunch this Saturday for 5K Your Way at Barnstaple parkrun in Rock Park.

5K Your Way supports anyone with a cancer diagnosis to walk, jog or run as much of the Parkrun course as they are able. It's amazing what we achieve when we walk or run together.
Meet at 8.40am for a 9.00am start.

What a great way to start a Saturday! 34 people getting together for 5K Your Way in Barnstaple. Lots of sunshine and smiles!
It was lovely to welcome some new faces and to see lots of regular runners to.
It was particularly great to see Nicola and friends returning to spread the word about the symptoms of Ovarian cancer. Thank you.
Can't wait for the next one SATURDAY 29th AUGUST!

This Saturday 25th July is 5K Your Way at Barnstaple Parkrun! 8.40am for a 9.00am start.

AND...Every month is Bring a friend/Make a Friend month at 5K Your Way!

We're here to support anyone Living with and Beyond Cancer, their families and friends to Against Cancer by walking, jogging, running all or part of Parkrun. Come along, bring a friend and make new friends!

Come and join us for fun in sun this Saturday 30th May! It's 5K Your Way Saturday and everyone is welcome! It will be dry and much cooler (phew) on Saturday, perfect to get some exercise in the great outdoors. Run, walk, skip...as far as you can manage. We'll be there to support you. See you there. 😎

Another great turnout for the Barnstaple parkrun and 5k Your Way yesterday. It was wonderful to welcome some new members. What a beautiful sunny day it was. Well done to all those who took part and achieved some mile stones.
