We have a suspicion these Christmas Eve boxes are going to be a big hit this year... 👀

Our talented Shedders have been busy making these beautiful Christmas Eve boxes from reused and repurposed wood. 🪵✨

Handmade, sustainable and built to be used year after year, they’re the kind of Christmas tradition you can bring back out every December. ❤️

We’re still not over this! 💜

When we visited Eco Fest, we quickly ran out of table space for all of our wonderful woodworking projects. 🪵🔨

By the end of the day, the table was practically bare! It was amazing to see so many people stopping by, having a chat, admiring the work and taking home something made by our talented Shedders.

A huge thank you to everyone who supported us, bought something, shared kind words or simply stopped for a chat. It really means a lot. 🌟

You never quite know what you’ll find when you step into The Hut... 🔨

Maybe it’s the incredible talent of the Shedders, turning a piece of wood into something brilliant. 🪵

Maybe it’s the equipment and machinery that somehow seems to cover every project imaginable.

Maybe it’s the steady flow of cups of tea, the sound of people chatting away, or someone showing you how to use a tool you’ve never touched before. ☕

Or maybe it’s the friendship.

Because The Hut is more than just a place to make things. It’s a place to share skills, have a laugh, meet people and feel part of something. 💜

Teamwork makes the dream work at The Hut! 🌲💜

Pat has been busy cutting mini Christmas trees from repurposed pallet wood, while Gill has been bringing them to life with a splash of green paint, holly, twine and little bows. 🎀

We love seeing how one project can bring different skills together, with everyone adding their own ideas along the way.

A lovely bit of teamwork, creativity and inspiration from our Shedders. 🪵✨

A brilliant day celebrating community, creativity and a greener future! 🌱

It was fantastic to showcase the brilliant work happening across The Hut's Men in Sheds and She Sheds, and share how these spaces bring people together, encourage creativity and help people learn new skills. 🌟

Our Men in Sheds volunteer, George, had a wonderful time chatting about his woodworking sessions and sharing what makes The Hut such a special place to be. 🪵🔨

Thank you so much for inviting us along. It was lovely to see the community come together and celebrate all the fantastic work happening locally! 💚
