( healing energy) into a patient energy field (the aura )

The flow of energy will help to kick

the body's own healing ability to
balance, heal and remove blockages from the body and restore harmony, vitality and balance to mind body and spirit. Energy Healing can help heal physical and emotional traumas,
mental and physical pain. Some benefits of spiritual healing
Improve mental health. Improve Focus and clarity. Improve digestion. Support the body's overall self-healing, supports deep relaxation and calm,
supports the processing of emotions, and enhances a sense of balance, feeling centred and energized. Healing takes about 15 -20min, it's done whilst sitting in a chair fully clothed. We believe that medical science and healing should go hand-in-hand. Healing complements the treatment your doctor is giving you and does NOT come instead. At Redbridge Healing Centre, spiritual healing is given free of charge. Everybody at the centre works on a voluntary unpaid basis. Free will donation is welcome to go towards the cost of the hire of the hall and the centre's essential running cost.
